Luminova is a boutique marketing agency in Winter Park, Florida. We build trust-based marketing for businesses and organizations that serve people, families and communities.

Diana founded Luminova in 2020. She holds a Bachelor's in International Marketing and an Associate's in Business Administration, and before Luminova she spent nearly a decade managing operations for a Central Florida professional-education school, so she understands marketing from the owner's side of the desk.

She also creates parenting content for an Instagram audience of more than 100,000 followers, which keeps her close to what makes people stop, read and share. Diana is bilingual in English and Spanish, and she's active in the Rotary Club of Winter Park (where she leads marketing for Parktoberfest), the Woman's Club of Winter Park and Toastmasters.
